Description
Protection coconut shell activated carbon uses high quality coconut shell or nut shell etc. as raw material. It is produced through crushing, mixing, extruding, molding, drying, carbonizing, activating. It is black granular and has the advantages of logical pore structure, good adsorption capacity, high mechanical strength, easy repeated regeneration, low cost etc.
Protection coconut shell activated carbon is used as a filling material for gas masks, masks,breathing mask, cigarette filters, and air purifiers.It can adsorb toxic and harmful gases, such as CO, CO2, benzene and its homologues,gasoline, acetone, ether, carbon disulfide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, etc.
The coconut shell activated carbon is widely used in the industries of foodstuff, medicine, mine, metallurgy, petrochemical, steel-making, tobacco, fine chemicals and so on.
(1) De-mercaptan coconut shell activated carbon
Used as the catalyst carrier of catalytic cracking unit gasoline de-mercaptan (deodorization) in refinery.
(2) Vinylon catalyst coconut shell activated
Used as the catalyst carrier in the chemical industry, such as the catalyst carrier of vinyl acetate.
(3) MSG refined coconut shell activated carbon
Use for decolorization and purification of mother liquor in MSG production process and fine chemical products.
(4) Cigarette filter tip coconut shell activated carbon
Used in the filter cigarettes of cigarette industry, and used to remove the harmful substances in cigarette such as tar, nicotine etc.
(5) Coconut shell activated carbon for citric acid
Used for decolorization, purification, removing smell of citric acid, amino acid, cystine etc.
(6) Water purification coconut shell activated carbon
Used for the water treatment of home drinking water, waterworks, and the advanced purification of bottled water production.
(7) Protection coconut shell activated carbon
Used to produce dipping carbon, then used to fill all kinds of strainer and industrial gas appliances.
